CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1.             GENERAL

1.1.       Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern the use of the Company’s website www.rootersports.com (the “Website”) and the ‘Rooter’ application for mobile and handheld devices (the “App”). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”.

1.2.       The purpose of the Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) is to inform persons using or visiting the Platform of the Company (“User”) about the terms and conditions governing the refund and cancellation for the payments made through the Platform of the Company. All terms and conditions provided in the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and all other policies in relation to any product or service available on the Platform shall be read and considered along with this Policy.

1.3.       The Company reserves the right to modify the terms of this Policy at any time without giving the User any prior notice. Each User’s usage of the Platform following any such modification constitutes the agreement to follow and shall be bound by the terms as modified.

2.             PAYMENTS

2.1.       During the usage of the services on the Platform, each User can purchase coins (“Rooter Gems”) on the Platform through the website or the mobile application of Paytm (“Payment Partner”) to make any in-app purchases or participate in various rewards or offers that run on the Platform for all Users from time to time. The Users are issued Rooter Gems at a one-to-one conversion i.e., for every rupee paid towards payments made through the Payment Partner equals to one Rooter Gem received by the User.

2.2.       The User agrees and understands that all payments shall be made through the Payment Partner only. The Company or its agents, representatives or employees shall never ask the User to transfer any amount to any private account or to an account not held in the name of the Company. The User agrees that if that User transfers any amount against any transaction to any bank account that is not legitimately held by the Company or to any personal account of any person, the Company shall not be held liable for the same. User shall not hold any right to recover from the Company any amount which is transferred by the User to any third party.

2.3.       The User shall be solely and completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of any transaction with the Payment Partner on the Platform, as per the applicable laws. The Company shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the User for any third-party expenses or other expenditure arising out of or in connection with any transaction on the Platform.

3.             ROOTER GEMS

3.1.       The User agrees and understands that the Rooter Gems purchased by the User shall be stored in the form of digital currency in their account as available on the Platform (“User Account”) and shall not be available for conversion into any other form of currency. The User further agrees and understands that the Rooter Gems shall be solely used for making purchases of the products available on the Platform of the Company and the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order made through the Rooter Gems in accordance with Clause 5.3 of this Policy.

3.2.       The User shall have the right to gift or donate his/her Rooter Gems to any other User available on the Platform. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy, the Company shall not be liable towards any deficiency arising of, in connection with or during this transaction.

3.3.       The Company reserves the right to disqualify any User, in case of reasons including but not limited to any misuse or fraud or suspicious transaction/activity or under any legal requirement or applicable rules and regulations, from purchasing any Rooter Gems on the Platform. The Company also reserves the right to discontinue or change or issue any new form of Rooter Gems or any other coins offered at any time, at its sole discretion.

4.             REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1.       The User agrees and understands that theRooter Gems purchased by the User on the Platform are non-cancellable and non-refundable except if refund is requested under the following conditions:

4.1.1.  In case, the amount has been charged to the User’s bank account and the transaction is pending for 7 (Seven) working days from the date of completion of the transaction. In such a case, the Company shall investigate and if it is found that the amount was indeed charged to the User’s bank account and the amount is not received by the Company, then the refund will be processed by the Company, and the amount will be refunded by the Payment Partner in the source account of the User within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of receipt of such request;

4.1.2.  In case, the amount has been charged to the User’s bank account and the transaction is cancelled due to certain technical issues from the User’s bank. In such a case, if the money is not received by the Company within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of the transaction, then the refund will be processed by the Company, and the amount will be refunded by the Payment Partner in the source account of the User within 10 (Ten) working days from the date of such transaction.

4.2.       The User may, within 3 (Three) days from the date of the transaction, raise a request related to cancellation or refund to the support team of the Company. The User shall expressly mention the order identification number of the transaction, date of the transaction and all other necessary details related to the transaction in the written request atsupport@rooter.io.

4.3.       The Company reserves the right to look into any request of the User and determine if such request falls under the conditions mentioned above. If the Company is satisfied that the request fulfills any of the aforesaid conditions, then the Company shall process the request and the Payment Partner shall refund the amount to the User subject to the terms and conditions mentioned in Clause 4.1.

4.4.       The User acknowledges and agrees that no refund shall be initiated in case the transaction is pending or cancelled and the amount has been received by the Company within 7 (Seven) working days from the date of the transaction. After receipt of such amount, the Company, at its sole discretion, shall credit the requisite number of Rooter Gems in the respective User Account available on the Platform.

4.5.       In no event shall the Company undertake any and all liability, including for refunds, in the event of any error arising from a failure in the applicable bank system or network of the User.

4.6.       In case where the refund has been processed by the Company, the refund, if any, will be governed as per the terms and conditions of the Payment Partner. The Company has no role in governing refund or cancellation charges or any other charges arising therefrom.

5.             GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5.1.       The Company reserves the right to restrict the User Account of the User and cancel any items purchased on the Platform if the User has in any way breached or misused this Policy, as determined at the sole discretion of the Company.

5.2.       The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any refund or cancellation request. If the request for refund or cancellation is not allowed by the Policy, the User will not be refunded the payment made or any costs undertaken by the User, and further shall not be able to raise a second request for the same transaction. The decision of the Company on refusal or cancellation of any request or any other matters related to this Policy shall be final and the User understands and agrees to not hold the Company liable for any refusal or cancellation.

5.3.       The Company, further, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any purchases made on the Platform through the Rooter Gems for any reason whatsoever. On such refusal or cancellation, the User will be sent a notification email or SMS at the email address or mobile number provided to the Company. Some of the reasons for refusal or cancellation of an order shall include but not limited to

5.3.1.   Failure to comply with any of the terms of the Policy.

5.3.2.   The product is unavailable with the seller.

5.3.3.   Technical errors or issues.

5.3.4.   Problems identified by the credit and fraud department.

5.3.5.   Malpractice adopted to place the order.

5.4.       In the event of any frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products purchased on the Platform, the Company reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against the User and the User shall be solely liable for all costs incurred by the Company in this regard.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To effectively provide and introduce any new Services to you, we collect certain information such as your phone number, location and your name from you. We may further request and store additional information. Such information is stored securely on amazon web services or “AWS” cloud servers and the “Google Cloud Platform” cloud servers, thereby also subject to the terms of the AWS and Google Cloud privacy policy. The Rooter Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and store the information collected. The Rooter Privacy Policy also details your rights under law and how you may control the data you provide us

You provide us with some information about yourself so that we can better serve you. We have described how we store and use this information in the Rooter Privacy Policy.

YOUR COMMITMENTS

Providing a safe Service for a broad community requires that we all do our part. In return for our commitment to provide our Services, we require you to make some commitments to us. Your commitments to us are:

a.No Impersonation or False Information to be Provided

While you do not have to use your actual name on our Platform, you are required to input your correct phone number and gender to use our Services. You will not falsely represent yourself as another person or representative of another person to use our Services. In the event you are operating a parody account for satirical or comedic purposes, you must state the same in your Rooter bio.

You will not lie about your details, including your age, for any reason.
b.Device Security

We have implemented measures to ensure that our Platform is secure. However, there is no guarantee that our Platform is immune to hacking and virus attacks. You will ensure that you have requisite anti-malware and anti-virus software on your mobile device and computer to ensure its safety. You will not allow any person to use your phone number, and not allow multiple accounts to be linked to your phone number. You will be responsible for all content posted by any account linked to your phone number.

While we do everything we can to secure your use of our Services, keep in mind that we cannot contemplate all forms of attack on our Platform. You should, as a matter of practice, ensure that your mobile device and computer are not used wrongly or tampered with in any way.
c.Content Removal and Termination

Your usage of our Platform is governed by the Rooter Content and Community Guidelines. If any of our users report your content to be against the Rooter Content Community Guidelines, we may remove such content from our Platform. In the event that multiple reports are made regarding violation of the Rooter Content and Community Guidelines, we may be compelled to terminate your account with us and block you from registering with us. If you wish to appeal any such removal, you may write to us at support@rooter.io.

We may remove any content that is shared on our Platform if such content is prohibited under the Rooter Content and Community Guidelines.
d.Platform Not to be Used For Anything Unlawful or Illegal

Our Platform is designed to accommodate a multiplicity of languages and cultures, as well as a diverse range of sports content. To this effect, we have developed various tags to classify the nature of the content. You must therefore, correctly identify the nature of the content shared by you and tag it appropriately. All mature content, including any violent content, is prohibited on `Rooter.

You shall not, however, use our Platform to share any content which is obscene, pornographic, harmful to minors, discriminatory, spreading hate speech, inciting any form of violence or hatred against any persons, or of seditious in nature, or violates any laws of the Republic of India, or is barred from being shared by any laws of the Republic of India. We reserve the right to remove such content. Please read the Rooter Content and Community Guidelines for further details.

In addition to the above, please note that we may share your information with appropriate law enforcement authorities if we have good-faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to share your personal data or information in order to comply with any legal obligation or any government request; or to protect the rights or prevent any harm to our property or safety, our customers, or the public; or to detect, prevent or otherwise address public safety, fraud, security or technical issues.You understand however, that we cannot be held responsible for any actions done by or to you by a third party or user by way of using our Platform.

We have developed a platform for people to come together; please do not share any content which is illegal or causes any harm to the well-being of members of the society or community.
e.Content Rights and Liabilities

We strongly believe in the freedom of expression and allow you to share photographs, images, videos, music, status updates, and other content on our Platform. We do not have any ownership over any of the content shared by you and the rights in the content remain only with you. You will not use our Platform to violate or infringe upon our or any third-party’s intellectual property rights. Such content is against Rooter Content and Community Guidelines and may be removed from the Platform. Further, if you use any content developed by us, then we shall continue to own the intellectual property rights in such content.

By sharing/posting/uploading content using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, combine, edit, distribute, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). You may delete your content and/or account at any point. However, your content may continue to appear on the Platform if it has been shared with others. To learn more about how we use information, and how to control or delete your content, please read the Rooter Privacy Policy.

You remain solely responsible for the content you post on our Platform. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any content shared or posted on or through our Platform, and for the consequence of such sharing or posting. The presence of our logo or any trademark on any content shared by you does not mean that we have endorsed or sponsored your content. Further, we will not be liable for or responsible for the consequences of any transactions made or entered into by you with other users of the Platform.

You will always have ownership and responsibilities for the content you share. We will never claim that we have intellectual property rights over your content, but will have a free of cost, permanent license to use what you share and post on our Platform.
f.Intermediary Status and No Liability

We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology Act (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011. These Terms are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing of the rules and regulations, Rooter Privacy Policy, and Rooter Terms of Use for accessing and using our Platform. Our role is limited to providing a platform to display the content shared by you and our other users.

We do not control what people do or say and are not responsible for their (or your) actions (whether online or offline). We are not responsible for services and features offered by others, even if you access them through our Services. Our responsibility for anything that happens on our Platform is strictly governed by the laws of the Republic of India and is limited to that extent. You agree that we will not be responsible for any loss of profits, revenues, information, or data, or consequential, special, indirect, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms, even if we know they are possible. This includes when we delete your content, information, or account.

We are an intermediary under Indian law. We do not control what people post on our Platform but we expect everyone to comply with the Rooter Content and Community Guidelines.
g.You Will Not Attempt to Disrupt or Jeopardize Rooter

We have developed a community-driven platform. Therefore, you agree to not interfere with, or use non-public areas of our Platform, Services, and our technical delivery system. You will not introduce any trojans, viruses, any other malicious software, any bots or scrape our Platform for any user information. Additionally, you will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, security or authentication measures implemented by us. If you tamper or attempt to tamper with our technological design and architecture, we may terminate your user profile. We may further report such actions to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and proceed against you with legal actions.

You will not hack into or introduce malicious software of any kind onto our Platform. If you commit such actions, we may remove you from the platform and even have to report your actions to the police.

PERMISSIONS YOU GIVE TO US

You accept these Terms and give us certain permissions so that we can better serve you. Permissions you have granted us are:

a.Permission to Share Your Profile Information with Third Parties

While our Platform is a freely accessible and usable platform, we need to generate revenue so that we can keep offering you our Services for free. Pursuant to this, we may share your user name and gender, and any data that we may collect relating to your usage habits and patterns on our Platform to show you any sponsored content or advertisements. We will not, however, be liable to pay you any revenue share if you purchase any products advertised to you. We do not endorse any products or vouch for the authenticity of the products. Merely advertising of products by the users on our Platform does not amount to an endorsement by us.

If we share any sensitive personal information such as your race, caste, or health information, biometrics etc., we will ask you for your consent prior to sharing the same. Ad revenue helps us keep improving and providing our Platform and Services for free. To generate such revenue, we need to share certain information about the demographics and usage pattern of the users on Platform with third parties.

b.Automatic Downloads and Updates

We are constantly updating our Platform and Services offered. To use our Platform, you may need to download the Rooter mobile application to your mobile device and update it from time to time.

Applications and software are constantly updated for your use and you will need to install the latest version of the Rooter mobile application to your mobile device each time such update is generated.
c.Permission to Use Cookies

We may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, mobile device IDs, flash cookies and similar files or technologies to collect and store information with respect to your use of the Services and third-party websites. Please see the Rooter Cookie Policy for more information regarding the use of cookies and other technologies described in this section, including regarding your choices relating to such technologies.

All websites use cookies and store them on your web browser so that usage information can be stored and logged in your browser. For more details, please read the Rooter Cookie Policy.
d.Data Retention

We shall have the right to retain certain information regarding your usage of the Platform. Please view the Rooter Privacy Policy for further information relating to the collection, storage and use of your information by us.

You grant us the right to store and retain information relating to you and provided by you. Please see the Privacy Policy for further information.

OUR AGREEMENT AND WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DISAGREE

a.Who Has Rights Under These Terms

The rights and obligations under these terms are granted only to you and shall not be assigned to any third party without our consent. However, we are permitted to assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to others. This can happen when, for example, we enter into a merger with another company and create a new company.

b.How We Will Handle Disputes

In all cases, you agree that disputes will be subject to the laws of the Republic of India and the courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

c.Grievance Officer

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, and our subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns from and against any claim, proceeding, loss, damage, liability, cost, demand or expense (including but not limited to attorney's fees) of any kind arising out of: (i) your access to or use of the Platform and Services; (ii) any breach by you of your obligations under this Agreement; (iii) your violation of the rights of any third party, including any infringement of intellectual property, or of any privacy or consumer protection right; (iv) any violation of law or contractual obligation and any claims, demands, notices pursuant to such violation; (v) your negligence or willful misconduct. This obligation will survive termination of our Terms.

UNSOLICITED MATERIAL

We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions. We may use the same without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you for them and are under no obligation to keep them confidential.

GENERAL

A.If any aspect of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

B.Any amendment or waiver to our Terms must be in writing and signed by us.

C.If we fail to enforce any aspect of these Terms, including reporting any illegal or impermissible actions to appropriate law enforcement authorities or blocking or suspending your profile, such failure to enforce our rights will not be a waiver by us.

D.We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

CONTENT GUIDELINES

Certain kinds of content is not allowed on our Platform. If such content comes to our attention, we may take it down. If you come across any content that violates these Guidelines, we encourage you to report it. Theintent of the creator is important. We do not welcome creations/content that intends to bring discomfort, spread mischief or promote illegal activities.

a.Adherence to Applicable Laws

All the content, including without limitation, content that is uploaded, posted, commented on, or shared by you on our Platform, must adhere to the laws of the Republic of India, including without limitation, the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and, the Information Technology Act, 2000 along with all rules and amendments made under such laws. We cooperate with legal authorities in cases of breach of applicable laws.

Remember, simply comply with the law and don’t do anything that could land you into trouble.
b.Nudity and Pornography

We do not allow content that has any kind of sexual imagery, even if it is posted for artistic value, educational purposes, awareness, protest, humour or satirical purposes. Content which contains the following is against these Guidelines:

  1. sexually explicit, pornographic or nude material or images/videos that expose private parts (sexual organs)
  2. videos or images of people in compromising positions or those with sexual or fetish or erotic intent
  3. sextortion or revenge pornography
  4. Bestiality or zoophilia
  5. content that exploits or endangers any person (for example, listing of phone numbers, or posting of pictures encouraging or soliciting prostitution or escort services)
  6. child pornography (including without limitation, creation, transmission or browsing of child pornography) or
  7. content on rape, gangrape and molestation.
It’s simple. Obscene content should not go on our Platform.
c.Harassment or Bullying

Try to ignore any content that you may find petty and annoying. But do report any content that harasses another person or degrades or shames anyone.

Posting abuses or curse words, morphed images, malicious recordings, objectifying someone, making sexual advances or otherwise engaging in sexual misconduct will not be tolerated. Similarly, extorting or blackmailing any person is prohibited. If someone blocks you from their account, do not try to contact them from another account.

If, however, a matter involves a critical discussion of people featured in the news or who have a large public audience, we may allow it.

This is a public platform. Be nice!
d.Intellectual Property

Paintings, posters, photographs, advertisements, poems, limericks, sound recordings, musical compositions, lectures, articles, tele-series, movies, online videos, video games, computer software, plays, musicals, brands, affiliations, and other similar content, all are subject to intellectual property protection.

Copying content whose intellectual property rights are held by another person or organisation, and posting it as your own, is not allowed. If you want to reshare some content from within the Platform, do not remove attributions, watermarks and original captions. Also, please take permission and give due credits to your fellow user who creates such content by mentioning their name.

If you are creative, your work will be protected. If you want to use or share anyone’s work, take permissions and give credits.
e.Violence

This includes all content that causes discomfort to our users due to the goriness in the content, such as graphical images or videos that glorify violence, or intends to incite violence, or encourages dangerous and illegal activities, or praises groups or leaders involved in terrorism, organized violence or criminal activities.

Post violent content only if your intent is to provide information, education or spread awareness. Warn your audience!
f.Hate Speech and Propaganda

Content that intimidates any person or promotes violent behaviour, targets or demeans any particular religion, caste, ethnicity, community, disability (physical or mental), age or gender, is prohibited. Any kind of content which produces hatred or has the intention of creating or spreading hatred or hate propaganda along the lines of religion, caste, ethnicity, community, age or gender is also not allowed.

Refrain from incendiary commentary and publishing theories that may appall our users and influence them negatively.

We encourage that you express your opinion, but think before you write. Remember that this is a social platform!
g.Abuse, Self-Injury or Suicide

Posting any content that relates to physical, sexual, or psychological maltreatment, neglect or abuse of a person, be it that of a child or an adult, is prohibited. Posts showcasing self-harm, injury or suicide or provoking anyone to commit self-harm are also not allowed. Further, posts that identify, tag and negatively target victims or survivors of abuse, self-injury or domestic or similar violence are also prohibited.

Foster some care in the society and maintain our supportive environment.
h.Illegal Activities

We have zero-tolerance for content or activities that advocate or promote illegal activities. Content related to organized crime, violence or terrorist activities is not allowed. Sale of illegal goods or services, regulated goods, drugs, and soliciting or selling of sexual services is strictly forbidden.

Do not post tutorials or instructions on content that educates the users on illegal activities (such as making bombs or doing drugs). Do not use our Platform to solicit or facilitate any transaction or gift involving goods and services which are declared illegal by the Government of India

Impersonating another person (such as your friends, celebrities or brands) and distributing false or misleading information on our Platform to make personal or financial gains is fraud.

Rooter does not let you conduct any activities that law prohibits.
i.Non-Consensual (Personal) Content

Any kind of personal content of another person, including pictures or videos of people who will not appreciate such material being posted, is not allowed. Basically, do not post anyone’s personal or intimate photos or videos without their permission or consent. We will remove such content without question.

Revealing someone’s personal data or sensitive personal data, including without limitation, phone number, address, financial information, Aadhar Number, and Passport information, or threatening someone using this information, will be considered as harassing them, and such activities are unacceptable.

Other people’s personal information is not yours to share.
j.Spam

False advertisements, fraudulent or misleading representations and security breaches, all fall under the ambit of commercial spam. They deter other users from sharing and connecting. It is important that the content you share be authentic and help create a safe environment for people to post on the Platform. Do not post the same content multiple times if it intends to annoy viewers or sell goods/services or gain followers.

If you want to promote your goods or services, do so in a civilized manner adhering to our Content Marketing Policies.

Allow your friends and other users to use the Platform the way you would like to use it. Don’t spam!
k.Fake News

Any kind of content which spreads deliberate misinformation, hoaxes or fake propaganda, with the intent to mislead, is not permitted. We prohibit the posting of content that exaggerates an existing piece of news by introducing non-factual elements into it.

If you intend to mislead our users or attempt to create a sensation by straight-up fabricating content, or attempt to damage someone’s reputation, or hurt their financial or political standing on the basis of false information, we will not let it spread on our Platform.

Don’t worry though. We don’t confuse fake news with any satire or parodies. We know they are to amuse, and not to mislead.

If you have posted something equivalent to fake news, whether intentionally or unintentionally, remove it as soon as possible. Satyamev Jayate!

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

When you use our Platform, we expect you to follow some norms. Each user following such practices will inspire their fellow users. This keeps the Platform clean and makes it easier to use, making it simple for you and your user friends to navigate the Platform.

a.Tag It Right

All posts should be tagged with the most appropriate tag. If such a tag doesn’t exist, then please reach out to the team and we will create one. Any content posted with an irrelevant or inapplicable tag, if reported, will be removed from the feed.

b.Stay on Topic

Rooter is a very active platform. Many posts go up, many discussions take place. Make sure that any content that you post, and any discussion you participate in, relates to the caption and tags of the post. Content that does not relate to the captions or tags, or is unreasonable for a particular post, will be removed. Don’t go off-track.

c.Be Polite and Courteous

We expect you to conduct yourself with integrity and harmoniously on our Platform. Show courtesy and respect to fellow users. Don’t be rude. We advise you to not initiate or participate in any activity which is not in good faith for the community at large.

d.Multiple/Fake Profiles

Creating a fake profile of someone or impersonating someone in a misleading or deceiving manner, with or without the intention of harassing or bullying them, is not allowed. Community profiles, informative profiles and fan profiles of public figures may be allowed. Satire or parody accounts of public figures are acceptable if it has been clearly mentioned in the profile description or profile status.

e.Right Choice of Words

Rooter is a multilingual platform. Certain words that may seem acceptable to you, when translated to another tongue, may become offensive. We do not ask that you translate and test every post into all the different languages. All we ask is that you weigh your words carefully. Content that contains profanity that is used to insult, antagonize or inflame other users will be held for review. Depending on the context of the post, it may be removed.

f.Safety and Security

Harassing someone or using abuses in the posts or comments while addressing a user is not allowed. Do not do anything which can make any other users feel that Rooter is not a safe platform to use. Action will be taken against you if you try to create hostile situations for any other user.

g.Beware of Legal Consequences

Unawareness of law is not an excuse. Note that for using our Platform, you will need to comply with laws that govern online conduct. Respect all applicable laws while using our Platform. Any activity featuring, encouraging, offering or soliciting illegal activities will not be tolerated.

h.Evading Suspension

Our decision to suspend any account is binding. Any attempt to circumvent the suspension by using other accounts, identities, personalities or presence on another user's account will also result in suspension. If you try to evade suspension, we may be compelled to terminate your account with us and block you from registering with us.

REPORTING

When you see any content or activity that violates these Guidelines, please reach out to us at support@rooter.io . We will get a notification and will process your request. If we find the content or activity to be unsuitable for our Platform, we will remove it.

INTERMEDIARY STATUS AND REVIEW OF CONTENT

We are an intermediary. We do not control what our users do or say and are not responsible for their (or your) actions (whether online or offline). We are not responsible for services and features offered by others even if you access them through our Services. Our responsibility and liability for anything that happens on our Platform is strictly governed and limited by the laws of the Republic of India.

We expect you to be responsible for what you post and what you see. If any of our users report your content to be against these Guidelines, we may remove such content from our Platform. It takes some

RIGHT TO CHALLENGE

Time to take down such content, so please bear with us. In case the content you upload or post, or your activity is reported by another user and removed from our Platform, and you believe that your content has been unfairly removed, you may write to us at support@rooter.io to challenge the removal. We may review the content again and determine if it may be reposted on the Platform.

OUR ACTIONS AGAINST TRANSGRESSORS

We take action against those who violate these Guidelines. If your profile is reported for violating these Guidelines, then your profile may be suspended temporarily for up to 360 (three hundred and sixty) days. In case of repeated breach of these Guidelines, we may be compelled to terminate your account with us and block you from registering with us.

If required, we will cooperate with legal authorities and note that we are under no duty to assist you.
